Our popular event where members share their techniques and workflows
An evening of bluff and counter bluff. In the first half society three members present an image taken by another member, as if it were their own. The 'pretender' will give forth on the subject matter, technical details inspiration and influences that informed the photograph. In the second half three members will be asked to present and edit a digital 'negative' submitted anonymously by another member and explain their intepretation

Photographs selected for "Re:framed", the Barbican exhibition, are to be delivered to the Barbican for hanging. Details to be sent to entrants.

An evaluation/passing on of information about some of the very useful and enlightening courses that members have attended.
We have learnt from many of the eminent photographers who have delivered talks to us, that the skill of an editor is paramount to a successful photography career. We will invite an editor to tell us about how they carry out that role.
