In parallel with the main exhibition of photographs at the Barbican, the Society will be exhibiting members‘ RPS Frontiers Panels. Alan Larsen will be explaining how the project came about and how the work developed. Alan will present some of the panels by our Society‘s photographers. Five members will be exhibiting at the Barbican, Natalie, Alan, Hilary Susi and Vincenzo. We hope to welcome Vincenzo to tell us about his panel and other aspects of his work at a future new members presentation.

Barbican - details to be confirmed
Photographs selected for "Re:framed", the Barbican exhibition, are to be delivered to the Barbican for hanging. Details to be sent to entrants.
An opportunity to bring friends and family to look at the Society's Barbican exhibition, "Re:framed". Time and location to be confirmed.
A walk with our film cameras on an Autumn afternoon, followed by an early supper for those who wish. Sun sets at 17.43 today, autumn colours should be at their best.
We have all learnt that the task of photograph selection is just as difficult as taking great photographs. We will be inviting a photo editor to tell us about their work.
An evening of bluff and counter bluff. In the first half society three members present an image taken by another member, as if it were their own. The 'pretender' will give forth on the subject matter, technical details inspiration and influences that informed the photograph. In the second half three members will be asked to present and edit a digital 'negative' submitted anonymously by another member and explain their interpretation
