Derek Ridgers is a London based photographer known for his photography of music, film and club/street culture. He has photographed people including James Brown, the Spice Girls, Clint Eastwood and Johnny Depp, as well as politicians, gangsters, artists, writers, fashion designers and sports people. Ridgers has photographed British social scenes such as skinhead, fetish, club, punk and New Romantic, and he has worked for all the top newspapers and magazines.
His work was recently featured at Somerset House "The Horror Show" exhibition, and his work provided the material for a photographic book about Nick Cage. His website is Derek Ridgers Photography.
